Rolex ExplorerUniting more than 2100 exhibitors from over 45 countries, the Baselworld Watch and Jewelry Show is an annual exhibition that enables the exhibitors and creators to showcase their products to the masses. Drawing the media, connoisseurs, industry experts and collectors the Baselworld exhibition is a display of mankind’s creativity and pioneering ambition. The exhibition floor of the Baselworld show is 160,000 meter square with halls located on several different floors. About a 100,000 people are attracted to this mega event every year and provides a completely new perspective and indication of the market trends. The products that are displayed here are separated into particular sectors that are placed into one of six exhibition halls of the Baselworld event like the Hall of Universe, Hall of Elements and the Hall of Visions among others. An event that began way back in 1917 now has transformed into a prestigious platform that not only gives an overview of the market scenario but also forms a stage that provides the participants various opportunities for development and partnership.

Rolex LogoRolex is one of the mot valued brands at the Baselworld Watch and Jewelry Show exhibition and every year its new creations are launched or future plan of action announced at this eminent event. Most of Rolex’s watches are a cut above the rest and have features that many might have not even heard of. Due to the incredible functionality of the watch Rolex does not have to do too much tweaking with the design or the features of the model. Some varieties of the Rolex line that were crafted almost five decades back have not deviated much from the original design. Rumors about the fact that the Rolex Explorer II both black and white dial versions, the Rolex Explorer and the Rolex Submariner LV with a green bezel were going out of production. However these rumors were laid to rest as Rolex announced that it had no such plans of discontinuing the series. Furthermore, the representatives of Rolex also announced that white gold Rolex Submariner model will also be available in a rolesor version (gold/steel combination). Tudor a subsidiary of Rolex announced its partnership with Porsche Motorsport and launched a number of Tudor watches with ‘GranTour’ on the dial. Apart from a few changes including the new lady’s Daytona model no major announcements were made.

Continuing its surging ambition of creating the finest Rolex displayed its astounding collection to the admirers and thus began another journey of vision, revolution, partnership and ambition.
