Will I be approved? |
Once you contact us, our dedicated affiliate management team will review your application within 2 business days. Upon approval, we will send you a welcome email providing you with detailed information and links to banners and text links to help you begin. |
Can I apply again if I was not approved? |
If your Web site and marketing methods comply with our affiliate agreement, we will be happy to work with you. If you do not have a site or method that we feel would be appropriate for our affiliate program, you are welcome to build one and reapply. |
What to do after you join? |
After joining our affiliate program, you will have access to a wide range of banners and text links. All you have to do is place them on highly visible sections of your Web site. When someone purchases from Melrose Jewelers through your link, you are awarded a commission. The more traffic and sales you refer to us, the more money you make. |
How often do I get paid? |
We work with all publisher networks to handle all impressions, clicks and purchase reports. The network you decide to sign up with will be sending you payments based on their policies. |
How long after someone clicks on my link will I get credit for the sale? |
Every time you refer a click through one of our banners or links on your site, a cookie is placed on the user’s computer for 30 days. That means that if you refer someone to our site and they don’t purchase anything, they can return and purchase within 30 days and you will still receive a commission for the sale. |
What about phone orders? |
When your referred user clicks to our site through an affiliate link or banner, a unique “phone order code” is updated to reflect your referral. Once the customer calls in to place an order, our operators will ask for the phone order code to track who referred the sale. That code also stays unique to you for 30 days. |
Can I bid on keywords through paid search on the Search Engines? |
Yes. As long as you’re not bidding on our trademark or brand terms, you’re welcome to bid on any other keywords that you believe is relevant to your success. |
What are the prohibited trademark or brand terms? |
We do not allow bidding on: melrose jewelers, melrosejewelers, melrose jeweler, melrosejeweler, melrosejewelers.com, melrose jewelers.com, melrose.com or any variations of these terms. |
Will someone let me know when I have made a commission? |
You can login to your affiliate account day or night to check the status of your commissions. |
