I am a swimmer and, not only is it water resistant, but I can actually see the face of the watch while I'm swimming. This feature alone is a huge seller for me. The band is extremely comfortable! The other big advantage for me is the second time zone along with the cyclops date magnifier. Now I can easily keep track of the time in Europe where my folks live. When I began shopping for a Rolex, I wanted the style and precision the name personifies, but the functionality for my purposes is a tremendous benefit that I did not expect. The service/support staff were very knowledgeable and the delivery time was literally 24 hours . I am ashamed it took me so long to make this purchase.
