Melrose Jewelers accepts payments via all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, either online or via telephone, as well as Google Checkout, bank transfer (wire transfer), cashier’s check, and bank deposit.

Wire Transfer Payments
Melrose Jewelers will deduct 3.5% off your order total if a wire transfer is used for payment. We pay significant credit card transaction fees of 3.5% and thus, will simply pass this savings onto you if you are able to pay via wire transfer. Wire transfers are recommended for all amounts over $10,000. In these cases, your credit card company may not allow a sale simply because of the very high amount involved and thus, believe it or not, it is quite normal for customers to pay via bank wire for amounts this large. In fact, Melrose Jewelers conducts nearly $10 million in wire transfer payment sales, or about 2500 watches per year. Billing/Shipping Address
For credit card purchases, Melrose Jewelers is required to ship to the billing address on file with your credit card or bank. If you are not sure of the correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details.
Order Declines
If your credit card is declined, you must contact your bank. There are numerous reasons why your credit card may have been declined. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit and you may contact your bank to grant permission to place your online transaction. Once your bank removes this limit, feel free to order the item online again or call us to place your order.
Shipping/Packaging
Melrose Jewelers offers FREE FedEx Overnight Shipping on all orders. Orders to an APO, FPO, or P.O. Box are shipped via USPS Express Mail and may take slightly longer than FedEx orders. All our orders are fully insured for loss or theft during shipment and require a valid government-issued ID and Signature in order to receive shipment. This is for your protection, so that we can ensure that you are the one receiving your purchase. Our shipments are not marked as “jewelry” or “watches” to allow both for the element of surprise should your order be a gift and to minimize the chance of theft, albeit all our orders are fully insured anyway.
