Five years ago my brother-in-law got one similar to this one and I was in awww over it. I saved up for a while and after a lot of searching I found this one. The black face really pops when I'm wearing either my tan suit or light colored golf polo's on the range. It easily sparks up a conversation when I'm meeting new people at the country club too. If I got to do this over again, I'd buy the same one. Reviewed by Crosby on 2012-01-18 07:37:49 Lavish 18k gold, luminous markers and water resistant can only mean one thing. Rolex has done it again. This watch is amazing! I have actually tested the water resistance and I went down about 23 meters and it still works like a dream. I simple did that as a test, I would NEVER wear it in waters like that and NOT be paying close attention to it. FAR to expensive for that. I only wear this watch to special events and occasions and I am hoping to pass it on to my son as he grows older. I didn't need a watch, but I have always had this desire to own a fancy Rolex so I got the one that best suited my taste. The gold against the black is pure genius.
